Shipping Timeframes
This is not a same‑day warehouse. Your order is pulled from a 4,000‑square‑foot archive, and hand‑packed for shipment. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for us to prepare your order before it leaves the building. Transit times are in addition to this preparation window.
Shipping & Breakage
Pieces are packed with great care, but if something arrives damaged in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
We’ll review each situation individually and work with you on next steps; because many pieces are one‑of‑a‑kind or extremely limited, replacement may not be possible. In those cases, any resolution will focus on the specific circumstances of the shipment rather than a standard “swap.”
