Blue Iris Jeweled Footed Coupes — The Only Four

The only SET of FOUR ever made. Never sold. Never shown. Until now.

Created as experimental presentation pieces for the Blue Iris Collection, these extraordinary footed coupes combine luminous botanical artwork with richly layered, hand-applied gold and silver leaf and touches of verdigris.

Each bowl rests on a sculptural foot, while Blue Iris blossoms and tiny winged visitors appear suspended beneath the glass. The hand-worked leafing gives each piece its own character—related, but never identical.

Originally conceived for olives, nuts, condiments and small delicacies, they are equally beautiful for caviar service, individual desserts, flowers—or simply displayed as objects unto themselves.

Only four were ever created. They remained together in the Lesley Roy Archive, never offered for sale and never publicly shown.
