Lepidoptera Grand 28” Architectural Vase — One of a Kind

Created as a singular statement piece, this monumental Lepidoptera Grand Architectural Vase brings the collection’s richly detailed floral artwork to an unusually dramatic scale. The substantial, exceptionally heavy glass form is finished with Lesley Roy’s signature Old Masters crackle, luminous black onyx, and a broad hand-applied Leopard Gold™ rim.

At approximately 28” tall, its generous cylindrical form was designed to hold the kind of arrangements ordinary vases simply cannot—towering branches, oversized botanicals, and exuberant floral displays. Yet its proportions also make it wonderfully versatile: placed in an entry hall, it becomes an exceptionally glamorous vessel for walking sticks and umbrellas.

The scale gives the artwork extraordinary presence, allowing the flowers, butterflies, crackle and gold leaf to read almost like a painting wrapped around the glass. Beautiful filled or completely empty, it is a true piece of functional sculpture.
