Created as an early prototype during the development of what would later become Lesley Roy's celebrated Blue Iris Collection, this remarkable piece captures a pivotal moment in the evolution of her work. Before the collection found its now-iconic white ground, Lesley explored the dramatic contrast of brilliant blue iris blossoms emerging from a luminous black field.

The result is both familiar and entirely unique—a bridge between two collections and a glimpse into the creative process itself.

Originally conceived as part of an elegant place setting ensemble, this generous Signature Form is equally beautiful as a serving platter, centerpiece, display piece, or paired with Lesley Roy's Lazy Susan base to create an extraordinary serving centerpiece.
